Sometimes our cutting boards don’t come out quite the way we planned. In this particular piece, some of the strips of end grain aren’t aligned evenly, which is not up to our standard of quality. So rather than waste these “imperfect” boards, we are offering them at a lower price. Fortunately they are still just as functional and built to last for years.

Maintenance and Care: simply wipe with a damp cloth. Occasionally clean with soap and water, then reapply food-grade mineral oil to keep it conditioned. Applying a beeswax blend is also recommended for added care.
